Modes
A modular system for how the world responds.
Each mode is a versioned Reality Modulation definition with its own listening profile. Concepts are labelled as previews, in development, or planned — never as shipped.
Modes
Reality Modulation,tuned for the set.
PreviewReactive RM
The world responds to sound.
Beat, bass and transients become visible impulses in the room. The scene stays the scene — its energy becomes perceptible.

PreviewMotion RM
Movement becomes visible.
Crowd and performer motion leaves light in its path. Rhythm you can watch travel across a floor.

PreviewSpectral RM
Colour and wavelength relationships transform.
Spectral energy in the music drives colour and texture. Low tones warm the room; highs sharpen it.

PreviewTemporal RM
Movement persists across time.
Anything that moves carries a decaying wake of light. A drop reads as a wave that keeps travelling.

Chromatic RM
Colour, re-tuned to the set.
Palette shifts keyed to key changes and dynamics. Planned for a later release.

Spatial RM
Stage light becomes space.
Lighting rigs and LED walls read as volumes rather than surfaces. Planned; depends on hardware depth sensing.

Likely near-term motion, drawn a beat early.
Visualises probable near-term trajectories based on current movement — extrapolation from real motion, not foreknowledge.

Maximum-intensity Reality Modulation.
For rooms where music, motion and lighting are already intense. Hard intensity ceiling, reduced-effects option and instant neutral, always.

Music experiences · working labels
Pulse
Beat-locked impulses.
Every hit lands as a visual event. The room breathes with the kick.
Flow
Slow spectral drift.
For ambient sets and long transitions — colour moves like weather.
Surge
Builds and drops.
Dynamics drive the scene: quiet passages recede, drops arrive as a wave.
Drift
Motion trails.
Crowd movement persists in light. Made for the floor, not the stage.
Ludicrous
Everything, at once.
Maximum intensity with a hard ceiling. Reduced-effects and instant neutral built in.
Experience names are working labels, not trademarks. Mode status is reported honestly per card: preview (phone camera preview available), in development, or planned.
Temporal Precog
Trajectory inference, not foreknowledge.
Temporal Precog visualises likely near-term motion trajectories based on current movement. It measures velocity and projects it forward a fraction of a second — extrapolation from real motion. It continues the present; it does not know the future.

Ludicrous
Maximum intensity.Engineered limits.
Ludicrous is Reality Modulation for environments where music, motion and lighting are already extreme. It is deliberately the loudest thing Rave Eyewear does — and it ships with the most safety architecture.
- Hard intensity ceiling
- Reduced Flashing
- Reduced Motion
- Reduced Contrast
- Comfort Mode
- Instant Neutral
Photosensitivity notice: bright or rapidly changing visual effects may not suit everyone. Rave Eyewear never intentionally reproduces patterns associated with photosensitive seizure risk, defaults to conservative settings, and keeps a one-action neutral view available at all times. This is general guidance, not medical advice.
